Nail Polish on the plane?

I'm in Beijing currently, and I'm going to Paris next month, and I'm hoping to bring some of my nails polish and eye liner with me, but can I pack the nail polish in the luggage thats put into the cargo?I know that I can't bring them in my carry-on luggage, but can I put them in the one that goes on the converbelt one? The luggage that has to be picked up after the flight. Oh my nail polish isn't any name brand, just those that you can buy in little stores. Serious awnsers please.

you flight carrier will have a list of rules and regulations for each nation you are traveling through
