Black nail polish or navy nail polish?

which would you be more likely to wear?








I read in a magazine that navy blue nail polish is last years black polish.

I also read that about Navy being the new black. Which shade of blue, navy or purple you should wear depends on your skin tone. A general rule is that the fairer your skin is, the darker your polish. Also, the darker your nail polish is, the shorter and rounder your nails should be. Happy Painting!
