It was a clear polish with small white "snow" small dots , so when you wore the nail polish it looked like poca dots or a snowglobe. Is there any brand of another nail polish that is simliar? Please suggest.. thanks

I would try looking online like ebay, and buying a couple if you really love that nailpolish.
