Polish law, why is it that Polish law allows breaches to the Hague Convention?

Having married a Polish woman in England , and had two children born in England i do not understand why the Polish Authorities allow the children to be brought to Poland without the consent of the father and then be registered as Polish citizens without invoking the Hague Convention regarding the registration . Surely Abduction without consent should be the first consideration of the Polish Judiciary. Even if they did deciide to allow the children to remain in Poland it should be officially recorded as an abduction and that the children could not be registered as Polish having been born in ENGLAND , afteral the children have had no choice in this matter and will have complications regarding thier nationality when reaching adult age. Any views or comments welcome.

Hi. I am an Englishman who married a Polish woman in England 10 years ago. We have two kids, both born in England. For the last two and a half years we have been living happily together in Poland. We have not applied for the kids to have Polish citizenship as yet but I do know that the father must sign the application documents. Without the fathers signature the application would be invalid.

I think there could be complications with nationality when the kids grow up. Poland is just not geared up for dealing with people from western Europe. To be honest I have so many problems with red tape because the Poles don,t seem to be able to understand that some English people are daft enough to move here.
