I'm in Beijing currently, and I'm going to Paris next month, and I'm hoping to bring some of my nails polish and eye liner with me, but can I pack the nail polish in the luggage thats put into the cargo?I know that I can't bring them in my carry-on luggage, but can I put them in the one that goes on the converbelt one? The luggage that has to be picked up after the flight. Oh my nail polish isn't any name brand, just those that you can buy in little stores. Serious awnsers please.

Nail polish!?
My mom is being really, really, REALLY stupid.
In your opinion, do you think that it is crazy to have bright colors for nail polish [like orange, yellow, hot pink, blue, etc.]
or having your nails w/ all different colors all at once?

If you are a young lady, perhaps in elementary school, wearing subtle colors such as pale pinks and such is what your mom thinks is appropriate.
If you are in Jr. High, then I think it's okay to express yourself with nail polish of any color. My daughter is 13, going into 8th grade and has to dress according to the school dress code so letting her wear nail polish of any color is fine with me.
If you paint your nails with a quality base coat, nail polish and another coat of nail polish, then it can last up to a week for me.
My favorite nail polish is O.P.I., it IS the best polish for your $$$$. Good luck with your mom! Just start off with light colors and be patient with her. She is only doing what she thinks is best for you sweetie!

Depending on the color of your leather and where it is located on the sofa will determine how easy this will be for you. After working in a leather shop many years ago, I saw people try everything- permanent marker, shoe polish, paint, etc. Just have to experiment, probably in an inconspicuous spot first, to see what will work. Nail polish help?
Any suggestions on what to do with nail polish that has gotten thick and "gloppy"? I have a bottle of polish that is over half full but it has gotten all thick and gooey. I love the color and don't want to throw out a perfectly good polish IF something can be done to save it.

1- Don't shake your nail polish before using it. This will cause tiny bubbles to appear when u spread it on your nail! Instead, roll it between your palms!
2- Store nail polish in the fridge!

Which Polish foods should I try?
Today I went to a town which has a lot of Polish workers, and I went in a Polish grocery and had a look around and bought some beer.
I want to try some foods but I have no idea what everything is, so could someone recommend me some of their favourite Polish foods. I liked the look of some of the sausages they had, and also some of the candies.

Like people said, pierogi are good. There are different kinds, such as cabbage, potato %26amp; cheese, strawberry, blueberry, plum. However, I think most stores only sell the cabbage or potato %26amp; cheese kind. But either are delicious.
Also, Sledzie [schleh-djeh], if you like fish...They're slices of pickled herring that come in a jar. Very vinegary but delicious if you like that kind of stuff. :D
Nalesniki [Nahlesh-niki] (or some people call them Blintzes) are good too. They're pretty much crepes, only slightly thicker. They're usually filled with a sweet, ground up cheese that is a little bit chunky. Or sometimes my family makes them with apple sauce or jam, but I don't know exactly what varieties are available at a store.
Bigos/Hunter's Stew is also very good. It's a soup with cabbage, chunks of ham, bits of mushrooms, peppercorns. There are lots of herbs in it such as basil, bay leaf, and paprika. I' m not exactly sure, though. The company or store may have different ingredients.
Also note, Polish/European hard candies taste quite different than American ones. I don't know how to describe it...some don't taste as sweet as American candy, and standard flavors can be somewhat different. I'm not a big of them myself, but I'm not into sweets much anyway, so you ought to try for yourself.

Hey, Does anyone know if there is anything that will get nail polish off your nails besides nail polish remover? I am out of nail polish remover and the store is out of it!!! I know that Acetone works but...I don't have any of that either..lol.
