It is not easy when writing, (not speaking,) to tell you how to pronounce it, regardless of what language I use.
You could change its name to something else, the dog will get use to a new name. Dogs don't really know what their name is. I have called my Mom's dog several different names and it will come to me no matter what name I use to show her that dogs don't know what their name is. If you have a bowl of food in your hand, the dog doesn't care what you call it! Seriously, I have tried it with several dogs, and so far every one of them responds no matter what name I use. Try it, you will see I am right!!
I think you should call it "Devski" nice Polish name, don't ya think? Or how about "Jurkoffski"?

What nail polish can I replace my discontinued Maybelline "snowglobe" with? Clear with small white "snow"
It was a clear polish with small white "snow" small dots , so when you wore the nail polish it looked like poca dots or a snowglobe. Is there any brand of another nail polish that is simliar? Please suggest.. thanks

What nail polish is your favorite?
The ones that I've tried that work the best are the Chanel nail polish colors and the Sally Hansen 10-day nail polish. So, are there any suggestions on nail polish colors that last a long time? My favorite for colors is N.Y.C, but it chips easily...so i guess i want to know one that doesn't chip and comes in lots of colors that are fun..

OPI is the best ( to me ) and it last a long time as well ...they even have a chip proof top coat you can apply as well and as for colors .....I don't know of anyone else that has so many different colors to choose from. If you go to their website you can click on try on and this hand comes up and you choose a color and it paints the nails so you get a better idea of how well the colors look on your hand verses just looking at the bottle. And most nice salons carry this brand as well....

Ingested nail polish?
Ok so Ive ingested bottles of nail polish..I know Ive ingested atleast 100..Im always craving it, probably because of my Pica, but Im always nervous and twitchy/shakey..do you think its because of the nail polish..? What are the dangers of ingesting it? And where should I go from here.. ? I dont want my stomach pumped, and if I tell my mum shell probably get pissed off at me and will complain bout me wastin her work time..so thats most the reason I havent told her that I cant stop yet {[{Ive told her that I TASTED nail polish once and she got mad but I havent told her bout the bottles}]} another reason is that Im afraid I cant stop drinking it..so..yeah..

The chemicals are very bad for the stomach.

How do I apply nail polish best (what are your secrets on it)?
I need tips on applying nail polish neatly without streaks and clumpy gluggy looking bits on it and so it can last longer.
I bought french polish set and it comes with the orange stick, rosy polish, white polish, clear polish and the stencil stickers.. and tips on that too thanks.
How do I apply nail polish best (what are your secrets on it)?
Choose a nail polish in a color of your choice.
Make sure to have your cottonballs, nail polish remover (acetone), towel, newspaper, and clear nail polish.
Paint your nails in a well-ventilated room. The fumes can be extremely dangerous to your health.
Do not Shake the nail polish bottle as this will cause bubbles. Instead roll the bottle between your hands to warm it up. Open it, and scrape some of the excess nail polish off.
Paint one stripe in the middle. Then, paint a stripe on the left, continuing to the right.
Apply one coat of clear nail polish (base and top coat works best). Let it dry.
Apply your first coat of color to your nails, using only three strokes per finger and painting in an upward motion. Don't worry if it looks too thin. It's supposed to. Let it dry -- if it's even a little sticky, the next coat won't go on.
Apply your second coat of color to your nails. Let it dry.
Apply a last coat of clear nail polish to keep the color lasting for at least 1 more week!
TIPS:
Keep nail polish in the refrigerator. This will keep it from clumping and make it last longer.
If your nail polish clumps up on your nail, remove it with the nail polish remover. If the nail polish is old, roll it between your hands to warm it up. Then, if clumping continues, throw it out. Get a new nail polish.
When painting, keep the coats very thin!
When you mess up, don't stress up! Simply wipe it off with toilet paper and remove all the polish with nail polish remover to get the stuff that the toilet paper missed.
Remember that the top coat is the one everyone will see, and the one that you'll feel. Keep that coat smooth!
If you want sort-of a cool looking texture, wait until the coat is dry enough that you can make fingerprints on it, but not have to clean any off your finger. Then put your finger on it and it will make a finger print! It looks kind of neat from close up.
Run your nails under water after painting. This will give you the chance to feel any bumps without ruining the coat.
If you are in a hurry, use a hair dryer to dry your nails!
If you mess up, get an edge on a piece of toilet paper and gently wipe it off.
Use sparkly and shiny colors! This will get your fingers noticed and you will love it the most!
Don't be afraid to put on stickers or fake gems!
If you don't have the patience to let your nails dry, sit still, wave your arms around like crazy, or watch a movie so that you are busy while your nails dry!
Don't paint on a washcloth; it will make it dirty; use a piece of notebook paper.
If your nails keep breaking and the nail polish makes them look gross, buy some nail hardening fluid (this can be found in the makeup section of drugstores and chemist shops) which you apply before the nail polish. It will make your nails nice and strong so they look long and pretty when painted.
Reply:.... put a little bit of nail polish remover in the bottle... my mums a nail tech... just a tiny little bit... like a drop. this stops all clumps and helps stop streaks. :) also dont buy elcheapo nail polish.... go the good brands you know of. :) they always work best.

You only need to dip the brush in the polish 1 time per nail.
And after its dried add a clear vanish on top to keep the colour there and make it shiney. Hope this helps :)

Not to be racist but apparently some Polish men refer to themselves as 'Polaks' as it is Polish for 'Polish man.' But they find it offensive when other people call them 'Polaks.' Is this a bit like when rappers say 'yo ma n!ga,' and when a cracker says it they try to kill him?
